That's fine. If another CL member agreed to pay $140 + shipping then you should have done a FIXED price auction for $140 plus shipping. That way there was no way to sell it for any other price. By listing it at $140 buy it now AND a $1 starting bid your agreeing that you will sell it for $140 OR whatever it sells for at auction, starting at $1.

Anyways, im really not upset that you it sold for $11 and you wont ship it to me. What i don't get is why you didn't message me, cancel my bid, or cancel the auction entirely. That's 3 things you could have done - if you had simply messaged me and explained the situation i would have sent a request to cancel transaction when it was over or canceled my bids and we'd be good. No foul - honest mistake. But, you let the auction end. Which means you let it be sold for $11. I paid you, and then you didn't ever say anything. 3 days later i message you to ask whats up and THEN you tell me the situation. I think we are on day 5 now and you still have not refunded my money even though i have asked you to do so twice. Now its not about you making a mistake and selling the item to cheap, its about you taking my money. BTW, my max bid was set at over $100 for that lip - its not like i was trying to get it for only $1.

It happens man. i understand if you sold it "accidentally" for that price. But at least own up to the mistake, let the person know the situation immediately and offer a refund of the money or try and negotiate a price you will sell it at. Im not one to get mad if you made a mistake because your new to ebay, its happened to me before, very understandable and i'm an understanding guy.

Own up to your mistake, refund my money, i'll get give you a neutral (not a negative) feedback and we move on. Next time you'll know to use a fixed price listing. No foul, fair deal?
