No problems diablo. To make it more attractive for you however... give me your very best offer on the caliper set and we can see what we can do. Just to let you know however, I know of a great place where you could source brand new OEM IS-F Calipers for cheap which could possibly fit this brake upgrade into your budget.

Anyway if you change your mind let me know!

Not much work to get to fit. Most everything is bolt on. Just have to trim brake
Rotor dust cover in rear (buy IS-F front covers for the front 2). OEM ISF rotors fit fine.

Emikelee can you PM me the rotor place you are referring to?

Hey Gator

Thanks for your input! Did you have to replace front wheel hubs also for better fitment or did you use a spacer?

Also were there any issues in relation to the ABS sensor?

PM sent re supplier or OEM rotors.

Stock ISx50 wheels do NOT fit over calipers. I did indeed use new front hubs from an ISF. Hub install is pretty easy. You'd probably need a crazy wheel setup if you don't use the ISF hubs. I'm not even sure it's possible quite frankly.

No issues with ABS.

Did you have to purchase the 5 x bolts as part of the replacement is-f hubs or could you re-use the bolts from your existing stock IS350 hubs (hope this makes sense)? I'm trying to get an idea regarding the lengths of these 5 bolts & whether they will also have to be purchased or if existing bolts could be reused.

Also did you purchase & replace front & rear dust shields to oversized IS-F ones or did you leave them off? I believe with the Fsport brake upgrade they advise to discard existing stock dust shields & to trim the rear dust shields.

I purchased my hubs from Sewell and the hub bolts were included and pre mounted to the hubs.
I purchased new front ISF dust covers. In the rear you simply trim them off like the FSport install suggests. To change the rear dust covers you'd have to remove the axle and whatnot (something I deemed not worth it)

Hi Guys

I’ve had a lot of questions from people on the dimensions and the technical aspects of the IS-F Calipers and also what other parts were required to complete the brake upgrade for the IS250/350. Below is further information I have compiled to hopefully answer some of your questions:

The Dimensions of the callipers are as follows:

FRONT: 14in (or 35.5 cm) Long x 6.5in (or 16.5 cm) Wide x 3in (or 7.7 cm) High

REAR: 6.5in (or 16 cm) Long x 8 3/4in (or 22cm) Wide x 2.5in (or 6.5 cm) High

As for the technical aspects and the specifications of the IS-F Calipers, please see click on the link to the PDF:

http://www.lexus.com/models/ISF/feat...rake_Story.pdf

As per my listing, the 17" and the 18" stock rims for the IS250/IS350 will not clear the large IS-F Brembo Brake Calipers. The Brake Caliper Set however will suit the F-Sport 18" and 19" graphite rims as well as the 19” ISF BBS Rims or other 19" aftermarket rims.

Ok here is a list of what you will need to complete the ISF brake upgrade:

-Two large OEM ISF Brembo 14.2" cross-drilled front rotors
-Two front OEM ISF wheel hubs
-Two large OEM ISF 13.6" cross-drilled rear rotors
-High-friction OEM ISF front and rear brake pads and shim kit
-Two front OEM ISF over-sized splash or dust shields (optional)

Everything else should be fine & is a direct bolt on replacement to your stock IS250/350 Brakes. The stock brake lines are fine & will be compatible w/ these ISF calipers. There should be no issue with the ABS sensors.

I am sure you could substitute any of the above OEM parts with other aftermarket parts too (to help bring down the upgrade costs) however I cannot provide you any further guidance in this area and you will have to make your own enquiries. If you are after these OEM parts, I am happy to share with you the names of suppliers (from my research) who are the cheapest!

As I have previously said, I can not guarantee fitment so please do your own research before you buy as if they do not fit your car it is at your own risk. These calipers are extremely rare and would make an absolutely great upgrade to your Lexus!

Hope this provides you with the info that you need however if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
