Default wheel spacer

Well I understand the illustration but still don't see the advantage of version II because the wheel has to come off in either scenario before something happens and if it does......it really won't matter much after that.

Version 1 most likely with 10mm spacers will require extended wheel studs. V2 allows you to use your factory studs since the spacer comes with its own built in studs.

I'm pretty sure they come with the kit.

I thought the issue was that the install is harder with V1.

Although, to me it would look like the V1 would be a more reliable setup. But I'm no expert.

So wait, does this include the extended lugs?

Will I need to buy or do anything else to use them with the stock wheels?

Yes, it comes with the lugs. I called Ichiba to confirm and they said it does come with everything you need.
