Honestly thinking of doing something where this wont matter modded or not ;-) I also really want the iss exhaust so funds will go towards that first. Local pick up is fine and or I can still ship out today. Im staring at it sitting on my desk right now. I may be selling the manifold I just got done from extrude hone as well. It should be shipping in this week.

Elite did some testing, but to my knowledge all testing was done with the manifold ported as well. I don't think anyone has tested just the TB. I have the manifold from extrude hone done as well. Its absolutely beautiful. I'm thinking I will post them up together for sale.
