"this email was to inform you of the difficulty we're facing dealing with an outside vendor. In this case we're unfortunately all at the mercy of the vendor following through providing us with the product we demand.
At present, I do not have an ETA on the wheel. I have your order marked as 5/5/2011 for the shipping date of the wheel. I suspect should we encounter another delay, I will be cancelling all steering wheel orders and severing our ties with our vendor."
