I think you mean D4S, as in the low-beam HID bulbs.
And as far as who has what, Sewell sells OEM bulbs for something like $170 per, Garax sells 6000K for about $90/pair, XenonDepot just began selling 5000K for about $110/pair, and DDM Tuning has a variety of temperatures for something like $60/pair I believe.

ebay has them for under $20 a pair. they will probably last 2+ years and color shift after 2 years. but for the price, they're okay... same as most other aftermarket kits.
