Brand new never installed. I've had it for awhile but I never got around to installing it, I could use the cash.

I have one 30-40% rear Hankook tire, I'd say it has another 10k miles at the least. My OEM tire had a nail in it awhile back (at 60%, fixable, still have it actually) so I replaced it but I recently changed both rear tires, I have a front tire from Kumho around 35%.

I honestly don't know, but from reading the thread it looks like if your exhaust is installed so that both sides are even, it clears with no problem.
