Will do man! Install is almost done, had to cut a hole out for the rear-view camera(didn't even think about that but thankfully it wasn't too bad at all to do). Still have to run out and buy a few bolts and some new plastic clips to finish it up. The ones that hold on the painted lower part are wayyyy smaller than the holes in the cf trunk and it doesn't snug up like I would like with just the two bolts. No big deal just one of those "aww man I have to go buy something before I can finish???" kinda moments. lol
Still gotta mess with the fitment a bit too. I got it pretty damn close to the point I am happy with it but I think I can get it perfect by drilling out the holes on the latch and bumping it up a bit to pull the rear end down more. Maybe spacing the hinge bolts by the window with a washer or two as well. Overall I'm very impressed with the initial fitment of it. Way less work than my Seibon hood which was about 3/4" on top of the drivers fender with a huge gap by the passenger fender when I first put it on.
Again, thanks for the killer deal on this trunk man! It really is in great shape, especially for it's age. It's perfect the way you didn't have the lower carbon piece as well since I didn't want it anyway! Why pay for something you don't need/want right??

Figured out the problem, stock struts are too strong and the cf trunk is just too light. Removed the struts and it fits perfect...doesn't stay open on it's own anymore so I've gotta figure out where to get some weaker struts to replace them with but I would rather it look good when closed than stay up when it's open. I never use the trunk anyway. haha
