According to Injen's site - there are two different part numbers for the 250 and 350. I don't know 'really' the physical differences or if it will still work. Sometimes the MAS location is different, though there is plenty of slack in teh wiring to accommodate.

 

Guys just a word of clarification: the IS350 compatible Injen intake (PN: SP2092) is definitely BIGGER than the IS250 one... I had an IS250 with Injen SP2093 and traded my car for a 350, the intake was definitely not compatible and I had to sell that and get a SP2092 model for the 350... just sayin!
