This will fit any IS250/350 06-12 all you have to do is swap the trim and keep the same switches
That is incorrect. The wire harnesses for the driver's side door switches of the specific MY06-08 will only work for those specific model years. MY09-13 has different driver side switches so those model year cars has its own set of switches.

That is correct i looked this up and it will not fit any 09-12 only the center console will
