FS: 2007 Headlights w/ LED DRLs
Item location: Fayetteville, NC
Trying to sell my old headlights since I was able to get the newer ones. The reason why I'm selling them is because I know there are people out there who need a specific part of the headlight, like a ballast, projector, or bulb.
Pics available upon request or amount of interest in these.
Bulbs are Stock D4S 6k
DRLs are from VLEDs with Slim Decoder
Driver's Side (Broken):
This is the side that went bad and my reason for selling and getting new headlights. Housing cracked at one of the top brackets when I hit the mother of all potholes coming back from a great day of skiing. Caused a considerable condensation to enter the light which in turn ruined the ballast and the low beam stopped working after about a week. This headlight is actually newer than the passenger side because I replaced it before for a similar issue. Light also has the 68led DRL from VLED with slim decoder already inside. Could easily be fixed with an epoxy to fix the crack, and new ballast.
Passenger Side (Working):
This side has never had an issue. The only thing is it was retro-fitted with Oracle 10k Halos (back when those were cool) with simple wire splicing. When I got bored with it I simply removed the splice so they wouldnt come on anymore. Besides that, ballast still good, etc.
Willing to negotiate a price ~$600
Not looking to simply part out a specific piece because I'm a noob and would probably break something.
If it comes to it, I'll give it to the highest bidder on craigslist in my area.
Pics available upon request. I do not have pics of them installed anymore obviously because my car is my daily driven and being in the Army I need my car every day. With headlights. Lol.
