DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I just received the spacers and they are 10MM instead of 5MM. This would not be a huge deal if it were not for the fact I sent this guy a PM clearly asking if these were 5mm because they looked like they were 10mm in the pictures and I did not want to purchase them if they were 10. He responded saying that they were 5mm. I get them in the mail and they are clearly 10mm just from looking at them. Besides that, the spacers are actually stamped with a "10" on them.

GQis350 - I am looking for a full refund plus $10 to cover the costs of shipping them back to you.

How is that harsh? Like I said, this would not be a huge deal if I did not message him asking specifically to confirm that they were 5mm. I even said in the message that they look like 10mm in the pics he posted, and he said they were 5mm. All he had to do was get a ruler, or even easier, LOOK AT THE SIDE OF THE SPACER to confirm the width. I think he lied about the width because he did not have the necessary extended studs to run them, and you don't need extended studs to run 5mm. But whatever, doesn't matter now.

i think thats very careless on his part & you have every right to be VERY annoyed with him, but if he doesnt grant you a refund then you should recommend for ppl not to do any business with him. i just dont see why someone would do that intentionally

All it takes is one bad sale to ruin your reputation. Regardless of whether or not it was an accident and the seller did actually think that they were 5mm spacers, he did not take the time to confirm the details for an interested buyer, at the buyer's request.

Hopefully you can get this issue sorted out.
