Project Kics R40 Neo Chrome lug nuts authentic

Hi,
Selling my Authentic Project Kics R40 Neo Chrome lugs 12x1.50. Reason for selling is I sold the IS and new ride doesn't fit.
Please read: These are Authentic Project Kics. I paid around $240 new. These lugs are about 2 years old. Since I live in VA and they are open-ended lugs there is some surface rust or whatever you call it. Also some of the rotating taper seat are seized, but I think a wire brush could fix the issue. Please see pics below.
The outside of the lugs are 100% and look just like new.
Lock key is included.
Price: $90 plus shipping.
