I'm going to probably make this my last post in this thread and say, you'll never find a Lexon CF lip from anywhere brand new other than me. So good luck hunting a used one.

I would have gotten yours only if you weren't asking so much, I am willing to pay around $450 including shipping - not trying to sound cheap.
Found one source so far, just waiting on a response w/actual pics:
U might want to check out the reviews of that JL Motoring company on the BMW forums, terrible reviews about quality of carbon products and customer service. I'm thinking about a lip and diffuser so I checked out ur link to their site. I would stay away
I actually bought a replica AutoCouture cf lip from JL Motoring, couldn't be happier with their service & quality of the lip. $465 shipped, they responded to every one of my emails quickly & directly. Fitment is about 95%, nice and tight. Only issue is the area by the lower grill you can see in the pics but I'm sure the Lexon rep will look good since it mounts under the bumper.

That is my concern

Where in Texas are you, do you have a direct contact name/email for the person at JL-Motoring, and was this called the VIP Style lip?

Yep, the VIP style lip, I emailed them at info@jl-motoring.com.
I'm in the DFW area.....the fitment issue I was talking about was where the lip meets the black plastic lower grill area, you can see a little of the bumper because the lip doesn't meet all the way to the grill.
I've since used some black silicon to cover it up, looks great now .
