Do you need new top hats to install the kws?

$1599 for a new set of kws is unheard of me, if Canadian exchange rate was better I would jump on these in a heart beat.

Someone please grab them!

Are these untouched as they came from the factory or were these adjusted in any way?

Soon stock suspension (come on FIGS daddy needs a new pair of coil overs)
