Brand new Xuji custom steering wheel cover, sews onto your existing wheel, you do not have to remove airbag or wheel to install. Top and bottom is smooth black leather, left and right sides are perforated leather with blue stitching.

Never been installed, only opened for pictures. Reason for sale is I'm selling my car. $60 shipped.

Pm's replied. This is not a generic steering wheel cover you buy from autozone, etc. It is specifically made for our 2nd Gen IS. You do need to sew it on your existing wheel, (everything included) which will make it a bit thicker.
