How do you warm the inside of your 2IS up?

I was just curious to hear how you guys warm your 2IS's up during those cold mornings. Those mornings where you need the defrosters and everything. What is the most effective method?

I usually walk up to it nice and confident, run my fingers along the side....whisper sweet nothings in its moon roof. Then maybe Ill cuddle with it a bit. That usually gets it warm.

jump in, turn on the engine, crank the heat to high and full blast, put the rear window defroster on, make sure all doors and windows are closed, go back inside, brush my teeth and take a leak (last thing i do everyday morning when i leave), i get back in and its nice and warm
If your car is in a garage... it would be wise to open the door and pull the car out if using this method ^_-

Mine is usually in garage so it doesn't get very cold. If it does, I just turn it on and start driving in about 15 seconds but drive slowly keeping the revs low but gradually increasing revs until it warms up completely. I turn the heat up to about 80ish and turn on the seat warmers, and defrosters if necessary right when I start the car before the car is warmed up.

I don't see any point in fiddling with the temperature control. When starting off on a cold day, the climate control gradually ramps up the fan commensurate with the engine's ability to provide heat, and then runs at maximum output until the set point is neared, at which point it ramps back down. Raising the set point doesn't make it warm up any faster, it just makes it too hot if you forget to lower the control.
