I believe so, but I'm not sure... it came out of a Gen 5 Navigation system and you have Gen 4. I think it will work fine, but I would check with your dealer!
will this make the 2006 gs300 nav up to date like the newer version that was released in the 2007 and up cars?

Gen5 disc wont work with the Gen4. I tried it out
You have to have 7.1/8.1 or the latest for Gen4 (06) or Gen5 (07+)
If it worked I was going to take it off your hands
