WTB - 06 GS300 RWD transmission

Need a replacement RWD transmission for a 2006 GS300. Prefer low mileage and a reasonable warranty. My car has sticking shift solenoids in the transmission, so I believe this to be the most effective way to solve this problem.

transmission arrived yesterday... at shop today, out tomorrow. Only 8k miles on it.
