you won't need spacers in the front.. unless you really want them to be flush, then then you'll need to shave or roll your fenders. And for the rear, yeah you'll probably want a 15mm spacer. Other than that you can just put them on and be done with it.
I can get pics of my car in a bit with the 18" g35s if you want. I am running 225/40 in the front and 225/45 in the rear. I have slight rubbing in the front on turns with bumps for some reason lol. Also I'm lowered on Espelir ASD. And yes my sig isn't updated with the g35 wheels yet.

what size tires are on the wheels, i had some 350z wheels on my coupe a few months back and it looked really good, almost flush with no spacers. I had the 6 spoke 1's though.

Here's some quick pics:
quick side shot:
here's how the front sits (tires-225/40/18):
this is how sunken in the front will be:
how my rear sits (tires-225/45/18):
this is how sunken in the rears will be:
kinda hard to tell, but this is how close the fender is to the tire:
My SC is lowered on Espelir ASD's.. so if you're running the stock height, you shouldn't have any problems at all.
