So I caved in and purchased the spare tire kit from Sewell since I hated the fact I didnt have one. Included in the kit are these foam pieces that I am not sure where the should be located. One is the spare wheel guard, part #64775-30040, and 3 jack cover stoppers, part # 64768-30020. I tried doing a search to find where these go, but came up with nothing. Can anyone with a spare, take a pic of their spare tire set-up or describe where these pieces may go? the spare wheel guard is a bulky foam piece and the jack cover stoppers are small 1 inch x 1 inch foam pieces. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Can you post some pics? I have a spare and can look in my trunk/take pics to see were it goes for you.

Can you take pics of the spare also? I'm curious on what the difference is. If I recall this is to clear the FSport BBK for the IS & GS.

Thanks I never got around to this. I would still like to see pics of the OP's spare to see if its different for the BBK. I have the same spare that you do but it was with the car when I purchased it. Never had to ask. Weird how some have a spare and some dont? I know they have run flats...

i have the same spare actually. stvincent has an 08 GS (according to his sig), so i would assume his has the same BBK as me (07 GS350). if you still want to see my spare, i will take a pic. let me know

nah, thanks. I wanted to see if this was a spare to clear FSport BBK not OEM. I have the same spare.
