Default Holy schmokes Hoovey bought some Volks!!!

Thread updated with new pictures. See post #43

Well after a long long, long wait for wheels, I finally found some. No their not the SF Winnings that I've been posting and searching for all these months (Super pissed about the ones that just went on sale in the classifieds tho ), but I had to pull the trigger on these because 1. It was a deal I couldn't pass up, and 2. Their Volks baby !

Without further ado, I present my new set-up:

Volk SF Challenge in Diamond Black w/polished lip
Front 19x8.5 +34 on Yokohama S.drive 225/35/19
Rear 19x9.5 +36 - Yokohama S.drive 265/30/19

I will try to do a small photoshoot tomorrow after work, as it was too cloudy tonight for any decent lighting. A proper photoshoot too follow with my buddy's G in the coming weeks.

Also a question for you aftermarket wheel owners. What PSI do you inflate your tires too? I have them all at 35psi right now.

1. Volk SF Challenge wheels w/ Yokahama S.drive tires, Volk Rays Lugnuts, and TPMS Sensors

2. The Rays Lugs are super light. Love'em

3.

4. One of the factors for me when considering these wheels was the fact that the diamond black matched the Obsidian, and the polished lip worked with the chrome window trim

5. Let me say that the IS's trunk sucks lol. I had (1) tire in the trunk, 2 wheels on the passenger seat, 2 tires and 2 wheels on the rear seats, and 1 tire sitting on my center console. Suffice to say visibility was terrible lol

6. Tires mounted, balanced, and ready to go

7. Lighting sucked so this is all I have tonight. I'll probably lower the front 1/2 an inch, and I'm happy with the rear.

Although these were not my first choice, I am decently happy with them. I figure I'll rock these for a little while before trying to trade for the SF Winnings I so have a spell under . And for those who ask, yes I am rubbing in the front when I take a turn pretty hard/U-turn, and hit those sometimes unavoidable bumps in the road.

Thanks for looking! All comments/criticism welcome

Thanks heart. Oh those will look nice. Kinda like a "diet" version of the TE37's. Slim, sleek, and modern

Well it's a out time you got some wheels, and it looks like it was worth the wait! These are the only way I like black wheels ( with polished lip). Looks really nice. Too bad you didn't have them for BOS. So, when we doing the black IS photo shoot?

Looks SICK Jared. Black on black FTMFW! I wanted these wheels for the longest time too... Colleen should get the Winnings and we can do a 3 way trade in a few months.

Inflate your tires with the factory spec... 35psi front and 37psi or 38psi if you have '08 and above.

The picture of the wheels on the car does it justice. Congrats on the purchase!
