Default how can i tell the difference in ecu?

The guy doing my swap is wanting to know if i have a supra ecu or aristo ecu. And i can't get a hold of the guy that sold the motor to me. But i don't think he would no either.
How can i tell the difference between the 2 to see which one i have?

Look all over the ecu carefully to see if the case is stamped anywhere with numbers.

I don't think there is a way other than having a rough idea what it came with and some trial and error based on what codes it is giving. where did you get the ecu or what did it come out of.
if you only know its a 2jz ecu and nothing else not even US or JDM then it will be difficult to figure it out.
