ceramics and if you are buying, you can go for this, has a $20 rebate on it too, makes it 13 bucks a pair! good deal i think. rebate form is the second link.

The factory pads are made by Akebono -- excellent pad. The OE provides long life and are gentle on the rotors -- and quiet.
The ES is no sport car -- all you will do is decrease the rotor life. Don't create problems.
If your rotors are in good shape -- especially if they are OE rotors ..... order a set of pads from Irontoad and be done with it -- the factory pads are 40-45 dollars and last 50k.

Because I saw Amazon's brake pad deal, thats why I ask this question.
Seems like getiting Akebono is the best choice right?
I have to change mine very soon, I will buy it online and bring it to someone to change it.
