I'm actually still using the product on my wife's car. I have not gotten the refills and am using another wash soap that I've had. It still retains the benefits I outlined above (minus the rinse), suds just as little () and it allows me to do a "bucketless" wash. Basically, I'm using it as a soap/water unit (no filtered rinse).

Maybe the residue was a situational thing with all the people who have encountered it but I just did not want to spend any more time to deal with the potential. I'm OK with the "quick" detail jobs on the wife/family vehicle (currently Zymol wash in Mr.Clean, Meguire NXT wax) while doing a more involved job on my GS (Zaino).

How many washes are you guys able to get out of the autodry filtering cartridge?

I was only able to get 3.

The cartridge said it's good for 10 washes.
