Default My first "fancy" car. Tiny paint blemishes...

Just purchased a 2011 IS250C in near-mint condition. I'd certainly consider it "mint" for having 150k miles on it. That said, I've got a couple of paint chips id like to fix and noticed this spot. Any recommendations?

I'm currently washing, polishing and waxing to prevent future spots... just wanna figure out how to fix small blemishes if possible

Possible that is a repaint or at least a section repainted. Happens when the mixture is wrong causing the paint to shrink too quickly. Either way can fill in the cracks with touch up paint and hope the cracks don't spread.
