How often should one use Polish?

How often should one use Polish?
I have a new car 2003 and already used Mother's Reflections Premium Polish twice....It really gives my black car a nice shine....Is it safe to continue doing this??? Thanks in advance for everyones advice and opinions.. http://www.autogeek.net/motrefprempo.html

Looks like that Mother's stuff works great--have you used Megauir's #9? If so, how do the 2 compare, as it seems like they are comparable products. I currently use Megauir's #9, followed by Megauir's #26 Hi-tech Yellow Wax--the combo works great. I might try that Mother's Refections Premium Polish here in the future for comparison's sake.

You can use that pretty much as often as you need to, it's mild compared to most compounds and polishes.
You'd have to use it every day for a couple years for it to start wearing your paint down enough to cause problems. Enjoy!
