Default Dented Wood Shift ****

I noticed a small dent on the wood shift. What can I do to get rid of it?

I would guess there's not much you can do except replacement of the wood shifter. Instead of treading the path of the dealership, you can find a shifter of acceptable quality via a junkyard or Ebay. Good luck.

I agree, not much can be done besides replacement, unless you want to sand it down and refinish it (if it's wood).
Good luck..

Dan, that might make a good new thread; as 'RX Wood Repair". Having 5 RX-car-years under my belt, and no wood damage at all, I am anticipating a problem; maybe others have had experience with wood renovation methods too. It has to be a tough fix and any advice or guidance will help.
Love your forum!

Well kind sir, thank you...but really, it's your forum, i'm just the local supervisor.

Maybe someone can post a pic of the shift **** from the RX, then we can take it from there, and see what's possible and what isn't.
