Car detailing books
After asking a post question and using the search funcion I've done some extensive cleaning and waxing of my car. I used the Meguiar's soft wash gel and microfiber towels. I used Meguir's gold car wax and like the result.
My only problem is that I have some light scratches and am struggling with the scratch X product to remove them. Can anyone suggest a good car detailing book which would help me understand this process better.
I also bought the paint pen and may try to use it soon on some small stone chips on the paint. I read in the forum that Langka is a good product for the after paint process. I actually have some of the Mother's product for this. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
BTW I have a 2004 millenium silver GS300.

The link above explains how to remove scratches by hand, by orbital polisher, and by rotary buffer. If you still have specific questions on things, feel free to ask.
Here are some books if you're so inclined; http://www.web-cars.com/detail/books.php

You can do a search and find what everyone else there does with scratches and touch ups, and everything else paint related. Cheers Fred.
