cigarette burn.....

Default cigarette burn.....

i left my sunroof tilted open and some assh*le dropped a cigarette into my car.....

now i can't the mark off my seat.....

any suggestions on wut to do?.

I think you've got a tough one here dkny, thus no responses. I'll try...

If leather cleaners don't work, then it's likely the heat from the ash has burnt a mark and the coating on the leather. That means if you were to remove the mark / stain, you might have a mark remaining that looks like a spot of missing color or film (if it's clearcoated with a vinyl as most leathers are). So the picture isn't too rosy.

One other thing to try that's similar to the soft scrub; Some polishing compound ( even a swirl remover)and a slightly damp WHITE towel, and rub GENTLY on the mark. If you see the color of the leather coming off on the white towel/rag, STOP.

You may have to live with it or get the panel of leather replaced if that doesn't work. Good luck.
