Dawn won't remove it, but the alcohol would. Most every shop would use a solvent on it (Prepsol etc.) to degrease and prep it, so that combined with your prior use of alcohol will put you in good shape. Besides, they will have to scuff it up real good (if they're shooting the new paint over the old) anyway, to get a good bite with the new paint.
