Hey guys, I have a quick question...

It seems as if some parts of the lip of all my rims are losing their "shine"... Hard to describe.. umm, it's a polished lip, and it feels smooth but when I wipe them down it slowly feels like it isn't smooth and the shine is no longer there on certains parts. Anyone know what has caused this and how I can restore the shine??

btw, I use Armor All tire foam sometimes.... could that be it?

I was reading your replys, I have the stock rims on my sc400 (recently pictured in the SC Forum) So I can use the ZFX with the Z3 on these rims to polish them? Just wanted to clarify on stock rims. By the way would these stocks me clearcoated do ya think?

ok guys i just finished waxing the whole car and wheels and the new maguires nxt is just awesome i must say....i clean the wheels real good and added the wax and let it sit in reall well and when i took it off it was just awesome.....i'm going 2 do this everytime now that i know its easy on and easy off....thanx 4 the help guys....

guitarman...how dangerous are the basic wheel cleaners for CC and non-CC wheels? I've tried to stay away from the acidic ones

avoid wheels cleaners on clearcoated wheels like the plague!!! Just use soap and water....
