Leather conditioner on top of dash

Leather conditioner on top of dash
I have a 2004 ES330 and just used the Lexus conditioner on my charcoal leather seats. I'm wondering if I can use the same conditioner on the dash, the top of which is black. The black, because it really holds the heat, appears very dry.
Thanks,
Carl

Use a vinyl cleaner/conditioner
The dashboard is made of vinyl (which does appear to be leather but isn't). I suggest using Vinylex (made by Lexol). It's a vinyl cleaner/conditioner in a spray bottle, and works superb in all types of vinyl dashboards. It contains UV protectants and leaves a nice non-greasy shine on the vinyl. About $8-$9 for the bottle. You can pick up Vinylex at the local ACE hardware store, or an auto parts store like Autozone and Pep Boys.

I used Zaino leather conditioner on top of my black dash. Not sure about the rest of the Lexus models but on my 98 SC400 there is still some reflection off the dash from the windshield. I guess in Florida it's more noticable. I use polarized sunglasses so it's not so bad but one of my friends who rode in the passanger's seat today said there was alot of glare off the windshield primarily from the passanger air bag cut out panel reflection.
Any ideas on minimizing the glare.

Armor All
I agree that AA doesn't work as well as other brands. It's generally the cheapest though, maybe that's why it's the first thing people think of when it comes to auto care products. As in anything else in consumer products, price goes proportionally with quality
At any rate, I'm glad I discovered the wonders of Vinylex. It really brings back the original shine and look of the dashboard, and lasts a long time upon each application

I use Meguiar's #40 Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner and it works great. The vinyl on the dash looks conditioned and it seems much richer than before. I would highly recommend this stuff. Also, as I like the matte finish and not the glossy look, I wipe it on and let it sit for a few minutes, then I wipe the area again with a clean cotton towel (or microfiber cloth) to dull up the appearance to a more natural sheen.
On the otherhand, the ArmorAll I used to use seemed to give the plastics some deeper color, but it would just quickly fade in a few weeks.

I've used a product called "NEW AGAIN" by BLACK JACK. In combination with "BLACK AGAIN"
INTERIOR = "NEW AGAIN"
Like dashes, door armrests, and etc. So far it's great for me.
EXTERIOR = "BLACK AGAIN"
Like Door, hood, trunk, sunroof and window moldings. Great to keep those rubber parts soft and UNV Protection
Available at www.properautocare.com or
