This is a perfect scenario for using isopropyl alcohol. Use 50/50 diluted mix of iso and water and test in an out of the way spot with a white cloth. If it doesn't remove color etc. you're ok. On coated leather like Lexus you should have no problems, but it's important to test anyway. Rub lightly no matter what you use.
Another possibility; hydrogen peroxide with a cotton ball. Pre-test.
You can also try the Fast Orange hand cleaner as others have used successfuly in similar circumstances . Test that first too of course.
