I have just strayed from my normal wax and ordered some zaino but i was curious does anybody have any pics of the DPW with zaino ??? also how many coats were used to achieve the look ??? thanks shawn

I believe Dan (Guitarman's) own GS is a Zaino DPW.



He has about 200 coats

Well, I do have to tell everyone that that particular pic is the pic the previous owner took at his apartment complex, and the one he posted on Traderonline...and thus it had NO Zaino on it at the time of that photo (Yes-it still looks good-I agree). I wish I could post a current pic, but (embarrassed ) I ...ehh....don't...have...a digital camera (Yeah ...I'm the last one-I do realize that ).Anyway, the car still looks that good, even better really, but It's not night & day either, as far as the difference. The Zaino does "pop" out the pearlescent in the bright sunlight better IMO.

Shawn, Dave is likely confusing my GS with my old black T-Bird SC, which had over 100 layers at one time (I did it because It was therapeutic, not because I was convinced it made a marked difference vs 5 layers) The GS has never had more than about 3. Sorry guys.

My '89 'SC with anywhere from 10 to 100+ layers on it, depending on time of each pic. No, I don't think you can tell the difference really. (redemption though, I hope!)

Zaino is awesome..

i recently did an sc430, not sure what white it was but it came out awesome, the owner never realized how nice his pearl was, when the sun hit the car, u could not even look straight at it cause the glare would hurt your eyes, so your gonna be really impressed with this zaino stuff, it works great.
