Default Rim Center Cap question

Hi All, this is my situation. I just bought these Maya rims, and F1 Motorsport had the front rims in house, and had to special order the rear rims from Maya. Now, the front rims have a center cap that is all silver, which a machined "Maya" in the rim, please see first picture.

Now, the rear rims have the same center cap, but the machined "Maya" piece is filled in with Paint or enamel. Is there any easy way to remove the black enamel/paint from those center caps? Please see second picture.

The reason I ask is because the all silver or plain center caps are older and discontinued, so I can't buy two other center caps. I figure my best option is to "fix" the rear ones....

If this doesn't make any sense I apologize. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Patrick

This is how the front caps are (which I want all to be like):

And here is the painted/enameled rear center cap:

Patrick, the answer will slightly depend on what the center cap material is. Is it metal or plastic?
