So when can I wax my car?

I got a new paintjob back in the last few days of March... It's been about 7 months. Can I wax it now? I wasn't too sure on when was the right time.... Someone please englighten me.

Now is good. Rule of thumb is a week to wash, a month to wax (on new paint). So 7 months is plenty.

yes ok to wax usually 3 months before waxing to allow emolients in paint to rise and fully harden
