Default Is there a way to straighten the Front Spoiler/ Front Bumper Valance?

The thin black bumper thats under the front bumer is crooked from years of curb damage. Anyone try to even it out with a heat gun or by re-inforcing it from inside? There's no cracks on it, its just stretched and uneven.

Thanks!
