Default Removing Glue from wood trim

I installed a full wood trim kit on my RX300 and after a couple of weeks it started peeling so i used some 3M Plastic Emblem Adhesive to stick the wood trim back on. Well it got really messy and I got some on the wood trim and I can't seem to get it off!! I have tried everything including nail polish remover, Paint remover, etc.. but nothing works!! I really could use some help to get this stuff off because it makes the wood trim look really bad and I have pretty much given up on finding a solution to this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

A few suggestions...

3M Adhesive & Wax remover

Lacquer thinner (as long as the wood isn't clear lacquered that is, it likely isn't lacquer but polyurethane, but test it first )

Crazy Glue remover. Sold right next to Crazy Glue....-test first also, on somewhere inconspicuous if you can.

That's the best I can do, good luck!
