For quick detail I find the Meguires clay bar with quick detailer kit is great for prep surface work. Followed by the Meguires cleaner wax, any swirl mark remover is good to finish prep stage, Gold Class wax, Tech wax and then I use the Eagle One Nano wax (didn't see it listed) with a low speed buffer, follow closely with a coat of Liquid Glass <be careful and use sparingly as prolonged useage(years) will cause paint to experience solvent pop( small star patterns forming from underside of paint. Looks like rock chip on paint but is chemically happening from paint to surface)>, Liquid Glass is good product but it eventually suffocates paint and causes condition I just mentined to happen. Positives is a great look easy application and removal, negative is you have to dust with clean towel after removal as this product leaves alot of wax residue dust, Finish off with Meguires show car Glaze, finish detail work of rest of car (tires, windows, etc..) park in the sun to let surface warm up and bake applications away from trees, and those pesky neighbors and get your sunglasses out cause the shine will kill ya. LOL!!!! This is not a regular routine for me, but when I have time to squeeze it in, you know where to find me; shining up....wiping down.
I used to use Liquid Glass and absolutely looooved it...until I poured some on my applicator and found rust mixed in with the wax. I have NXT now, but can't stand it in comparison. NXT makes me feel like I'm wasting time & money because the stuff just doesn't seem to last more than a few days. I think I'm going to Zaino next, because of all the positive feedback it gets.

You will be really impressed with Zaino, especially for how long it lasts and durability. Make sure you start out with a clean clayed/polished surface and do a dawn wash or alcohol wipe down and rinse or both before applying so the surface is perfectly clean as that is very important for Zaino to properly bond. I use the ZAIO first as a base layer, two coats of Z2 for added protection/gloss, and every month or so a wipe down of Z8 for extra gloss/protection on my parents Acura TL and it looks and beads so well. You don't need to spend a ton of money or buy a bunch of different Zaino products like many suggest to get great results with Zaino and all you really need is ZAIO and Z2 and I would highly recommend Z8 if you want extra protection/gloss between coats, since the stuff is going to last a very long time. It may not give the deep warm wet look of a carnuba but there is little if anything on the market that outlasts and outprotects Zaino, at least from what I have tried.

I know what you are talking about the NXT and especially Megs Gold Class not lasting long and not really feeling they are protecting the finish all that well and it does feel like you are wasting money and effort having to apply it so often. After trying them a few times I decided to get something better and in the long run Zaino or other products like Klass, Jeff Werkstatt, or Colonite save you much more money and effort because they last so much longer and do a better job of protecting.

Thanks. Sounds promising, can't wait to try it out! Now if only I could get the wife to appreciate the shine.
