I'll start by saying I love to detail my vehicles, my black syclone, ash blue mica GX, and my black S-10. And having 2 black vehicles you have to love it!
Polish, all of my paint is in very good to new condition so I use 1Z paint polish and metallic polish for swirls and use my porter cable to apply. For deeper scratches I use Meguairs scratch X by hand.
Sealant, I use Klasse AIO (PC to apply) as a base for my Zaino (by hand), love the way it looks and it is the most durable I have used. Klasse SG isn't bad either.
Wax, if I even put any on I will use the Pinnacle Souveran I keep around, the best stuff I've seen on black. P21S and S100 or Natty's are awesome as well.
I won't say that what I use is better than anything else, many good products listed and i've used most of them at one time, i've just settled on the 1Z, Klasse, Zaino and I love the way it looks and how easy all of those products are to use. I really like the Poorboys and Menzerma polishes also. One more thing, waffle weave drying towels and microfiber are a must as well.

I have bought enough products in the last two years to detail all the cars in my neighborhood for the next 10 years.
If I buy any more stuff my wife will take my credit cards away and put me in the dog house. .Anyway here are my favorites:
Polish: Poorboys SSR 1, 2.5 and AIO.
Glaze : P21s GEPC.
Carnauba: P21s.
LSP: Menzerna FMJ &4star UPP.
I like all of the above for the deep wet look I get on my black car and for ease of use.
Depending on my mood I like to experiment with many different combinations.
Next to try :1Z line of polishes, Victoria Wax,Trade Secret and Meg#80.
OH wait !! I CANT .

I voted for The Wax Shop Super Glaze because it is very easy to spread on and polish off without any powder residue, which is very important on darker cars--mine is a carmine red LS400. It stays a long time and looks super, as its name implies!

After trying several waxes including Griot's Best in Show, I was almost resolved to using plain old KIT because it was easy. It just did not last more than a month. I bought a Porter Cable from Griot's and some polishes, and then discovered Klasse AIO and Sealant Glaze. I did both of them on my 2002 white S10 that stayes at the beach home before taking it down there in the Spring. It is still beading water. I did my other cars ( 2004 TL and son's CRV Honda--both silver) with just AIO. The Sealant Glaze step is well worth it-- about three months extended protection . I have just found out that I can apply AIO with the Porter Cable, so I ordered some new pads from Griot.

I put that 1Z Metallic Polish followed by Glanz Wax back in August and it is still doing a great job.

I have found that on dark and more specifically black cars the best combo is to start with Menzerna intensive polish, then Menzerna final polish (both applied with a Porter cable orbital buffer) and followed by Meguiars #16 carnuba. The outcome is Black Glass.

I use the complete line of products from http://www.adamspolishes.com/ . It is not cheap, but the difference between Adam's stuff and other high quality products is amazing. The paint feels very smooth and the swirl marks and buffer marks are a thing of the past. It makes my 11 year old paint look new again. Now, if it would just stop raining, I could get to it again...
