i have tan interior and as everyone knows it gets pretty dirty, what are the pros using to shampoo their cars, is there a special vacuum or machine that needs to be purchased cause if there is i am considering buying one. thanks

You're referring to a hot water carpet extractor. Google the term for more information. Extractors can be pricey ($400 and up, way up). You may get away with a Bissel Little Green Machine (or something like that), or a good wet/dry vacuum. Good luck.
