Oxy Clean Pwnz me and my SC!
So i was changing my fuel pump ecu today and decided i had been spending too much time with my bimmer lately. It was time for a cleanup on isle 3.
After a quick run to the store, and $8 later, my Sc looks like brand new. yep..$8

First, i had a bad window seal that was allowing the water to get in (fixed that).

Then i tested some carpet on the rear tranny well. look closely at the spot nearest the center console where the brush did not get when i passed it over the carpet.

make sure you use warm water guys. Thats when oxy works best.
Be sure to vacuum it dry with a wet vac or an extractor. Dont want any funky smell from leaving it wet now do we =)

thanks for the tip... now i can figure out why it didn't work in the first place
