While I find that both companies make some very good products, Meguiar's has a much wider product line. They also have excellent customer support and back their products with a money-back satisfaction guarantee. I personally turn to Meguiar's for almost all of my car care needs because I can trust the quality of their goods, plus their products are affordable and available nearly everywhere.

They have released a slew of new products for 2005, many more than any other company I am aware of. These products show that Meguiar's is doing a lot of R&D and is listening to their customers.

For my money, Meguiar's is where it's at in auto detailing.
