Default How to fix? Touch up or Repaint?

Hi all, I posted a thread in the GS forum but thought I'd come to the detailing forum for some advice.

Last weekend my black '06 GS suffered some damage while I left the car with a restaurant valet service. Needless to say I was shocked the next morning when I found the damage.

So now I'm left with a decision. Touch up with Langka or repaint? How much do you think a repaint would run? Would they have to repaint the entire door or could they do a spot repair? Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Look like a white scrape mark, you can try rubbing compound. I have someone key my car and 3M rubbing compound worked well.

Definitely not a scrape mark. It's deep and all the paint is gone from the area

Don't go to a body shop because it is overkill for dent and scrape. Find a bumper repair shop, they repair bumper, body dents and scrapes for a fraction of cost of full sand down and repaint. In San Diego, couple shops such as The Dent Doc, www.bumpermedic.com.
When I was keyed, the bastard also used his door to leave three dents on my passenger door, I got the key marks and dents repaired for $105. They even came to my house and in two hours the damage is gone.
