So i'm at pepboys the other day reading through product and i'm confused a little, when i read the back of the NXT tech wax it says the same thing as the NXT paste wax so i ask what is the difference of tech vs paste wax?

one's liquid wax while the other is solid wax. it's the same stuff - just a matter of preference. the liquid one is easier to use - easier to apply and apply evenly (from my experience).

I dont think there is any difference. I just think it is what you prefer. Most people prefer the liquid but some like the paste. Hopefully Guitarman will chime in

right i was just wanting to confirm that their is no difference between the 2, i have been useing the liquid for a year and change now and love it but wanted to try the pasts but if its not going to make any difference but be harder to apply and take off than i'll stick with the liquid..

Meguiar's has in the past supplied some of their wax products in both formats. Some people like paste and some like liquid. I've used both of the NXT formats and find the liquid to be my choice. The paste seems more difficult to apply thin coats which is a key in applying NXT. If you use your PC to apply, the liquid is also much easier to get on the pad. The NXT Spray booster wax works equally well on either.
