some good body shops have the ability to mix the paint, and put it in a spray can.... you would have to call arround to find one though.

I never knew they had spraypaint for your car.

Has anyone used that stuff for your Lexus? How did it come out?

My car was scratched last year by some @$$ pulling out a spot while I was in a theater and they left no note or apology. It's a 5 inch by 5 inch area and I really don't feel like being bothered with a body shop.

I'm curious as to how this process turns out.

The spray can stuff is depends on where you get it done. A paint supply place can put the exact same paint that, say a body shop will use. I think it's more a question of how do you apply it than the actually quality of paint.

Since it's quality paint, yes it will be 20-50 dollars a can.

Hey, do you live in the Bay Area by any chance? Call up Ned's Auto Body Supply in Concord, they fill spray cans with PPG Deltron DBC for $20 or so...

I had the local Big A order me a can of oem dark green for m 92LS4. The lower portion of the front bumper had paint flaking off, revealing yellow, and spiderwebbing. The paint matched beautifully and cost a little over $5 for the can. You also need a can of clear coat which was about $4.
