Does anyone here also have those annoying finger nail scratches under the door handle? I have a bunch. Has anyone experienced this and had it fixed? It looks really ugly.

Yeah all the time.. I use Meguiar's Deep Crystal System STEP #1 to get rid of them.. I especially notice the scratches on the passenger side.. Gotta blame the wife for those.. Damn woman has talons for nails.. But I digress.. LOL

Hope it works for you..

IME it doesn't require any special wax. Any car wax (most contain a very mild abrasive) will do.

I use GS-27 and it works great for those types of surface scratches. I don't know if you have ever heard of it, it is one of those "as seen on TV" products. I normally wouldn't buy things like this, but it came out in stored (K-Mart I believe) so I decided to try it. I now use it, almost exclusively, for fingernail scratches under the door handles of our vehicles.

A few coats of polish will also help make those scratches dissapear.
