Most lexus dealers have guys that just power wash your car down, or they may have a car wash that soaps up, sprays down and blow dries without any scrubbing. Nothing touches the car in the car wash at the dealer except soap and water, at least thats what we have here at Lexus of Smithtown.
Its only takes a day in the office parking lot to make my car look like it was left out side in a dust storm.... so before I would just drive down to the 76 down the street and run it through their "hands free" machine car wash. Being that in that wash nothing touches the car, I thought it would be coo.

Wow...looks like the kind of stuff we see here in the Pleasanton/Dublin area. Almost year-round, it frustrates me to park the car out in stuff like that. Way too much crap floating around in the air. Makes you almost want to clay bar on a daily basis.

I've seen decent detailers get that kind of stuff out, depending on how deep it is. Where are you located?

The more that I look at it, the more it makes me think the detailer did it with a bad buffer/polisher job. Then, they put a glaze on it which essentially is like "makeup" (as Guitarman put it) and it masks the swirls/scratches until it rains or you wash the car again.

Pretty sure it can be fixed though.

I totally agree. You need to talk to that detailer about repairing that.
