Default Rusty Brake Discs?

Not even sure if thats what it is buy yea, that thing behind the wheel

Know how to get rid of the rust?

On the braking surface or on the hub?

On the hub you can lightly sand it and paint it. Just don't get it on the braking surface.

Brake surface should go away after you drive.

Did it show up right after you washed the car? If it did it will be gone as soon as you drive the car and use the brakes. If its on the rotors surface
